Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed with lung cancer by histopathology(newly diagnosed in a month, and have never received anti-tumor treatment); (2) aged 18-85 years; (3) expected survival >=6 months; (4) the patients and family agree to join in the trial, and they accept the whole course of psychological treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients can not complete our survey; (2) patients and their spouse have history of mental illness (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, phobia, etc.) or patients and their spouse are diagnosed with mental illness while taking part in the study; (3) patients and their spouse have awareness of fuzzy, aphasia, intellectual disabilities caused communication barriers, patients can't normal answer or spouse; (4) patients and their spouse have treated with psychotherapy 3 months before enrolling the research; (5) patients with brain metastasis; (6) women with pregnancy or under lactation.
