18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral anterior cruciate ligament rupture combined with medial collateral ligament injury; 2. Diagnosis based on magnetic resonance imaging and arthroscopic assessment; 3. Aged 18-50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Grade III medial collateral ligament injury or complete meidal collateral ligament rupture; 2. Uncomplete anterior cruciate ligament injury; 3. Combined medial or lateral meniscal tear; 4. Knee deformity; 5. Histories of previous knee injury,surgery, osteoarthritis and other knee diseases; 6. Patients rejecting; 7. Patients that can not withstand anesthesia and surgery.

Medial opening of the knee by valgus radiographic evaluation with a 147-N lateral stress using Telos equipment.;

The anteroposterior displacement of the knee measured by KT-1000;The International Knee Documentation Committee evaluation form;Lysholm score for knee function;Range of motion of the knee;The healing of medial collateral ligmaent on magnetic resonance imaging;The subjective satisfaction of patients;
