Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) selection of clinical pathological or cytological diagnosis of patients with malignant tumor; (2) there are systemic chemotherapy, chemotherapy regimens containing platinum drugs, including two chemotherapy drugs cisplatin and carboplatin, estimated lifetime > 3 months, not into the group of the first 3 weeks of chemotherapy patients; (3) the KPS score > 60 points; (4) aged 18-70 years old; (5) the patient know precious little agreement signing and expressed a willingness to accept treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) 24 hours before the chemotherapy nausea and vomiting and use of anti-nausea drugs; (2) no gastrointestinal obstruction symptoms and patients with brain metastases and increased intracranial pressure; (3) because of serious adverse reactions to suspend the experimenter; (4) not to complete a cycle of chemotherapy patients; (5) into the group started using opioids patients within 1 week before.
