Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the hip, femoral head necrosis(Ficat III to IV), Crowe Type 1 or 2 dysplasia,and willingness to comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A diagnosis of Crowe Type 3 or 4 dysplasia, previous hardware, BMI=30kg/m2, prior hip surgery, an inability to tolerate general anesthesia, an unwillingness to participate in the study
