Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 45 years; 2. Patients with erectile dysfunction, but still has certain erectile function (NPT monitoring effective erectile number = 3 times, effective erectile time = 10 minutes or more); 3. the serum of testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), pituitary prolactin (PRL) were in the normal level; 4. estimate the posterior urethral stricture length < 2.5 cm by the preoperative urinary tract imaging and Urethrocystoscope; 5. Without a history of open urethral surgery; 6. The patient/family members informed and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with a history of open urethral surgery or the urethra incision or urethra expansion history for many times; 2. with a history of severe hypertension; 3. with a history of diabetes; 4. with a history of the blood coagulation dysfunction or anticoagulant drugs; 5. with liver or kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients who can not cooperate with treatment; 7. mental disorder or nerve dysfunction.
