Interventions

Group A:discharge home in 48 hours after THA/TKA
Group B:discharge home in 48-72 hours after THA/TKA
Group C:discharge home in 72-96 hours after THA/TKA

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients need total hip / knee arthroplasty; (2) ASA grade I or II; (3) less than 75 years old; (4) voluntarily participated in clinical trials and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) These patients with serious heart and lungs or other medical diseases (2) revision or bilateral total hip / knee arthroplasty (3) patients with family rehabilitation fear or mental attitude or emotional instability (4) stop taking anticoagulants or aspirin or reserpine less than 1 weeks before TKA/TKA (5) with stroke or thromboembolic disease history; (6) BMI > 40m2/kg.
