Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage diagnosis standard; 2. For the first time after cerebrovascular accident left limbs hemiplegia; 3. With wrist flexion spasm of p + 1 (MAS), at the same time accompanied by, proximal interphalangeal joints, metacarpophalangeal joint from buckling spasm or distal interphalangeal (PIP) patients with grade 1 (MAS); 4. Aged 35 to 80 years old; 5. Morbidity in 2-12 months; 6. Have the ability to understand the mandatory actions; 7. In patients with stable vital signs; 8. Into the group of patients in the treatment and follow-up period does not change spasmolysis drugs doses; 9. Agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Always have a movement disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, joint deformity and spinal cord injury has direct influence on motor function of disease; 2. Have had botox, alcohol and phenol block before treatment; 3. Before wrist joint surgical orthopaedic surgery; 4. Partial pressure sores or assistive devices in patients allergic to the material local is not easy to wear; 5. Hand wrist joint flexion convulsion level 4 or higher. 6. Exclusion of hemiplegia side feel function disappear.
