Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertility patients who need to try IVF-ET; 2. Married female aged 20 to 40 years; 3. Subjects were informed, voluntary signing informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infertility caused by uterine malformations; 2. Infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, abnormal thyroid function and other complications; 3. Patients with other serious organs diseases; 4. Infertility caused by male factors.
