Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke; (2) The disease onset time =72h; (3) Aged 40 years old and more, male and female; (4) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients of mental illness who can't cooperate with treatment; 2. Pregnancy or lactation women; 3. The patients with severe liver dysfunction (total bilirubin > 2 mg, liver enzyme 5 times more than normal ceiling), abnormal renal function (creatinine clearance below 30 ml/min), abnormal cardiac function (NYHA heart function classification for level III and above) and systemic serious illness; 4. The patients with test drug allergy; 5. The patients who participated in other clinical trials of patients within 3 months; 6. Other affect curative effect judgment.
