Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the Ministry of Health documents which stipulated the indications of IVF-ET. Including 1. the PCOS patients are included because the female tubal factors infertility, or male oligoasthenospermia for IVF-ET; 2. Patients according to the above criteria and will undergoing the long-GnRH protocol for controlled hyperstimulated ovulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endometriosis; 2. Immunological infertility; 3. Unexplained infertility; 4. Undergoing ICSI for male factors; 5. Chromosome abnormality; 6. History of uterine malformation and/or ovarian surgery; 7. Any pharmacological treatment within 3 months.
