Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Complied with Parks type I anal fistula diagnostic criteria; 2) With informed consent of patients; 3) Aged 18 to 60 years; 4) Liver, kidney, heart, lung and bone marrow function were normal (HB male> 120g/L, female> 110g/L, PLT> 100× 10^9/L); 5) Patients without history of anal fistula surgery; 6) Patients without inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor radiation history; 7) Patients without history of long-term smoking, intravenous poison history, hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS and other infectious diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with uncontrollable medical illnesses (including unstable angina, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident within 6 months); 2) due to other organs of the body,patients can not accept anesthesia or surgical treatment; 3)Patients with 5-year history of malignant tumors; 4) Patients with uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disease or mental disorder history; 5) Organ transplantation requires immunosuppressive therapy; 6) Patients with severe uncontrolled intestinal inflammatory disease, or other serious uncontrolled concomitant disease; 7) Patients with continuous systemic glucocorticoid hormone therapy; 8) Pregnant or lactating women of childbearing age; 9) Patients participate in other clinical trials.
