18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. undergoing elective gynaecological laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia, an expected operating time will be within 3 hours; 2. ASA physical status class I or II, aged 18-50; 3. volunteering to participate in this study; 4. willing to accept acupuncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mental retardation, psychiatric, or neurological disease; 2. known allergy to tropisetron or dexamethasone; 3. aphasia seeing,hearing obstacles; 4. implantation of a cardiac pacemaker, cardioverter, or defibrillator.
