18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 10 yrs; Clinical pathological evaluation: high-risk or locally advanced prostate cancer, without metastases in 6 months (Bone scan, MRI or pelvic enhanced CT scan). The patients of high-risk or locally advanced prostate cancer need to satisfy at least one of the following requirements: PSA > 20ng/ml, puncture Gleason (GS) 8-10, clinical stage>T3a. To satisfy the following biochemical index standards: GRA>1500/mm^3, PLT>100000/mm^3, BIL60ml/min). Signing informed consent before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active infection, thromboembolism history, uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, no aspirin, cancer history except basal cell carcinoma, any disease history not match the treatment, any past chemotherapy/ radiotherapy/endocrinotherapy / targeted therapy history.
