20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ovarian endometriosis cyst diagnosed by surgery or MR twice and B ultrasound (more than 3 weeks apart)(one-side or two-sides, recurrence or not); 2. Infertility due to endometriosis and/or fallopian tube, the first cycle of IVF/ICSI; 3. Aged 20 to 40 years; 4. AFC >6 (two-sides); 5. Basic FSH<12U/L; 6. BMI 18-25kg/m2; 7. CA125<200U/ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other ovarian surgery except ovarian endometriosis cyst eliminate; 2. Diameter ovarian endometriosis cyst>4cm of the patients who have not been surgically diagnosed; 3. Obviously hydrosalpinx; 4. Uterus factor: adenomyosis, intrauterine adhesion, endometrial polyps or submucous myoma; 5. Chromosome was clinical significance abnormal(male or female); 6. Low sperm production function, Non-obstructive azoospermia, Genetic micro missing of AZF; 7. Patient can't be followed-up for long-term, or other factors impact the result.
