Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years, presenting within 12 h after the onset of symptoms with a presumed diagnosis of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI); 2. All patients have to be scheduled for angiography with the intention of performing primary PCI after the first medical contact; 3. Angiographic thrombus burden is greater than TIMI Throbus Grade 4; 4. Hemodynamic stability: systolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg, heart rate 90%; 5. All patients provided written, informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of intracranial hemorrhage history; 2. Active bleeding, hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency within 6 months; 3. Post-cardiac arrest; 4. Blood pressure more than 180/110 mmHg; 5. chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance <30?mL/min); 6. active peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal bleeding; 7. haemoglobin <10g/dL or platelet count <100 000/mm3; 8. suspected pulmonary embolism or aortic dissection.
