The treatment group:Compound live blood coated cha limb, each side body for 3 minutes, 1 times a day. Sugar is used after winding rather sticking points, reserved for four hours and 1 times a day
The control group:Methyl B12 500ug, orally, three times a day

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) comply with the diagnostic criteria of diabetes peripheral neuropathy patients; (2) aged 18 to 80 years old; (3) the glycated hemoglobin control under 9%, or < 8 tendency for L, fasting glucose postprandial blood glucose 2 h < 15 tendency/L; (4) To be able to understanding the required consultation, easily to communicate with researchers; (5) To be able to per the scheduled clinical visiting, inspection and progress of study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) people with bipolar disorder, bipolar disorder or mental illness; (2) or unstable with serious respiratory or cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood system diseases, symptoms of peripheral vascular disease, or researchers believe can affect to participate in research or in the process of research may lead to other body disease in hospital (including instability of high blood pressure) or mental illness; (3) had used a clear cause neuropathy drugs (e.g., vincristine), who has may cause neuropathy disease, such as pernicious anemia and hypothyroidism. (4) with the skin disease or skin damage in patients with limbs; (5) pregnancy, nursing mothers, (6) and the research has a direct relationship between the research unit staff and their immediate family members; (7) unable to complete all kinds of inventory to fill in, or don't want to be random grouping; (8) participating in other clinical trials of patients.
