Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. conforms to the western medicine cerebral hemorrhage, the cerebral infarction diagnosis; 2. aged between 30-78 years old male or female patients with acute cerebral stroke, and confirmed by the skull CT or MRI examination; 3. course of disease in 14-45 days, the condition is stable; can tolerate the operation of traditional Chinese medicine; NIHSS 4-24 score 2.4.4 points; Glasgow score 8 points; 4. have different degree of limb hemiplegia symptoms. In the second stage, according to the stage of hemiplegia motor function evaluation criteria, the modified Ashworth evaluation, paralysis of limb muscle tension in the 1-3 level; 5. To be less than or equal to 2 times the number of stroke; 6. does not affect the functional recovery of other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders, the recent use of Chinese and Western drugs and muscle relaxation without; 7. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. brain atrophy, senile dementia, coma patients; 2. has serious heart, liver, renal function, severe incomplete, digestive tract bleeding, malignant tumor; 3. brainstem hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral aneurysm rupture hemorrhage, thrombolysis treatment of patients; 4. deformity, disability, complete loss of self-care ability; 5. Be taking part in other clinical trials; 6. can't cooperate with all kinds of scale; 7. in the treatment of other traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion methods for limb spasm.
