18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) chronic respiratory insufficiency patients who need long term oxygen therapy; 2) aged below 85 years; 3) family members agreed to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) use contraindication in noninvasive ventilator; 2) have a breathing machine application; 3) patients with trachea intubation or tracheotomy; 4) hypercapnia (PaCO2 > 65 and pH < 7.28); 5) patients with disturbance of consciousness; 6) chronic respiratory inefficiency not causing by pulmonary factors.
