18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with diagnostic of carotid atherosclerosis in outpatient and ward patients; (2) In line with Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of phlegm and blood stasis in both resistance; (3) Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; (4) willing to participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Pregnancy, breastfeeding women or not taking effective contraceptive measures of women of childbearing age; 3. With allergy history of drug which is used in this research; 4. Subjects with hemoglobin <90 g/L or platelets <100 x 10^9/L or leukocytes <3.0 x 10^9/L; 5. Combined with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases 6. Severe neurosis, menopausal syndrome, hyperthyroidism, cervical spondylosis, biliary-heart syndrome, stomach and esophageal reflux, esophageal hiatus hernia caused by chest pain; 7. With nervous system diseases and a history of mental trouble; 8. Active infection of the subjects; 9. Participating in other clinical drug research projects or subjects ending less than 3 months; 10. Subjects whose life expectancy is shorter than the duration of the trial; 11. Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
