60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infenction after all joint replancement patient aged 60-80 years, male and female; 2. Accept second stage surgery, and accept the RCT, sign the informed consent; 3. Without the disease which affect the prognostic evaluation such as low immunity, infection in other position, drug resistance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with the internal medicine diseases which affect the prognosis; 2. The infection after joint replancement patients cannot accept surgery again; 3. Reject Hollow porous prosthesis of hip joint+Embedded Transfusion Port system and bone cement mixed with antibiotics; 4. With the joint disease which will affect the prognosis; 5. Cannot cooperate with the follow up visit.
