Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: with Living Donor Hepatectomy; Aged 18-50 years old; Volunteered to accept this treatment and with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: with cardiac insufficiency; Pregnancy or may become pregnant; with a history of allergy to alprostadil
