Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnostic criteria 2. diagnostic criteria for Western medicine: Diagnostic criteria for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (2010 edition of the diagnostic and treatment guidelines for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease); The non alcoholic fatty liver clinical diagnosis standard: any of the following first ~ 5 and sixth or seventh of any one who can be diagnosed as NAFLD; No history of alcohol or alcohol consumption is less than the amount of alcohol (140g/wk) (female < 70g/wk); Except for viral hepatitis, drug induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, liver bean degeneration and so on can lead to fatty liver specific diseases; In addition to the clinical manifestations of the primary disease, may have weakness, indigestion, liver pain, hepatosplenomegaly and other nonspecific signs; Can the overweight / visceral obesity, high fasting blood glucose, dyslipidemia, hypertension and other metabolic syndrome components; The serum aminotransferase and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase levels can have mild to moderate increase (less than 5 times the upper limit of the normal value), usually with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) increased; The liver imaging findings with diffuse fatty liver imaging diagnosis standard; The diagnostic criteria of pathological liver biopsy histological changes consistent with fatty liver disease learn it; The Nash which meet the following first to 3 or first and fourth can be diagnosed. Clinical diagnostic criteria: 1 ~ 3; The presence of metabolic syndrome or unknown cause of serum ALT levels increased by 4 in the week; Imaging performance was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of diffuse fatty liver; The histologic findings were consistent with the diagnostic standard of fatty hepatitis. The imaging diagnosis: Imaging examination is used to reflect the distribution of fatty infiltration of the liver, roughly determine the degree of diffuse fatty liver, suggesting the existence of overt cirrhosis, but it can not distinguish between simple fatty liver and NASH, and it is difficult to detect hepatic fat < 33% variable. We should pay attention to the diffuse enhancement of the liver and the decrease of the density and the liver cirrhosis and other chronic liver diseases. B ultrasound diagnosis: (1) liver area near field echo diffuse enhancement (stronger than the kidney and spleen), the far field echo attenuation; (2) intrahepatic duct structure display is not clear; (3) mild to moderate liver splenomegaly, blunt edge angle; (4) color Doppler flow imaging color blood flow signal in the liver to reduce or not easy to show, but to the normal blood vessel of liver; (5) the right lobe of the liver capsule and diaphragmatic echo showed unclear or incomplete. With the above first and 2 -4 in a mild fatty liver; with the above 1 and 2-4 in two for moderate fatty liver; with the above first, 2-4 and 2-4 two and fifth for severe fatty liver. CT diagnosis: Diffuse liver density decreased, liver and spleen CT value ratio is less than or equal to 1 diffuse dirty density decreased, liver / spleen CT ratio is less than 1 but less than 0.7 were mild; liver / spleen CT ratio is less than 0.7 but over 0.5 were moderate; liver / spleen CT ratio less than 0.5 were severe. 3. TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria: Diagnosis of traditional Chinese Medicine; According to the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (TCM diagnosis and treatment of non alcoholic fa
