Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing on-pump CABG: for male, LVEF 58mm;for female, LVEF 55mm; severe LM lesion; Syntax score > 32; NYHA III or IV; unstable angina or heart failure onset under adequate medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CAD patients combined with ventricular aneurysm or heart valve disease which needs to be treated during the surgery; existing end organ dysfunction such as COPD, CKD, peripheral neural and vascular disease related to DM
