Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Degenerative spinal disease needs decompression and interbody fusion; 3. Not enrolled in any other clinical studies within three months; 4. No acute infection, psychiatric disease or metabolism disease; 5. Volunteered and singed for a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathologic fracture caused by bone disease; 2. Acute or severe disease; 3. Osteoporosis; 4. Metabolism disorder, immunity disorder or drug abuse; 5. Severe disease in heart, lung, liver, kidney or autocrine system, or psychiatric disease; 6. Allergies; 7. Pregnant or lactation women; 8. Unwilling or unable to a restricted motion or obey the prescription; 9. Critical disease, unable to acquire data; 10. Congenital deformity, abnormal anatomy or bone structure.
