Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Interventions

Control group:TACE(5-FU 1000mg/m2,DDP 85mg/m2,MMC 6mg/m2), every four weeks
Combination group:TACE(5-FU 1000mg/m2,DDP 85mg/m2,MMC 6mg/m2)+ATO 10mg/d i.v for 7 days, every four weeks

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The HCC was diagnosed by histopathology; aged less than 75 years, Karnofsky performance score =70; 2. no indication for resection; no previous systemic or local treatment; liver function of Child–Pugh A–B; no portal vein thrombosis or extrahepatic metastasis; no refractory ascites or renal failure; and written informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any life-threatening complication or toxicity; allergic reaction to chemotherapy agent or ATO; Liver function Child-pugh C.
