Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects: Community Health Service Center for the elderly subjects. Patients over the age of 65 years and healthy volunteers with a Barthel index of 100 were willing to exercise according to the study protocol and signed informed consent; 2. the diagnosis of myasthenia: According to the Asian myasthenia diagnostic criteria, the community elderly population (= 65 years) the recent decline in function or impaired; 1 month of non-intentional weight loss of more than 5% of the original body weight; malnutrition ; Depression or cognitive dysfunction; repeated falls; focus on screening patients with chronic diseases (eg chronic heart failure, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, connective tissue disease, chronic kidney disease, tuberculosis infection or other chronic wasting disease) If the pace of <0.8 m / s or grip strength reduction (male <26Kg, female <18Kg), then further screening of muscle mass: with BIA muscle volume <7.0 kg/m2, women <5.7 kg/m2 diagnosis Less disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have participated in the subject before the start of six months or more than half of the endurance or strength training; 2) taking the influence of the study of drugs (taking vitamin D, long-term use of thyroid function drugs, hormone drugs, steroids and weight loss drugs, etc.); 3) the inconvenience of mobility or severe cognitive dysfunction, affect the efficacy of observation of patients; 4) are participating in other nutrition intervention programs; 5) severe cardiopulmonary disease patients (resistance movement contraindications: recent have had heart failure, unstable angina, difficult to control the high blood pressure and other cardiovascular diseases); infectious diseases; 6) patients with limited daily activities (Barthel index less than 100 points), combined with osteoarthritis, fractures, joint replacement and other bone and joint disease patients; 7) non-co-operative patients and patients who did not sign informed consent.
