Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initiative onset femoral DVT patient, or common iliac veins or the combined iliofemoral segment with out DVT history; 2. Course <28 days with out thrombolytic therapy and compression therapy 3. Aged 18-70 years old; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to compression therapy; 2. Allergy to compression materials; 3. Expected life expectancy <24 months; 4. Paticipated in other project or unable to finish the follow-up.
