Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 18-75 years old men and women; 2. the bleeding site located in cerebellum, putamen and thalamus in patients; 3. imaging shows supratentorial hemorrhage =30ml, infratentorial hemorrhage=8ml; 4. unconsciousness after onset lighter to weight, GCS score of 13 or less, or causes coma, early signs of cerebral hernia; 5. the person who has signed the informed consent; 6. approved by the hospital ethical committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. 200/120mmHg, retinal hemorrhage, heart, lung, kidney, liver and severe complications of the disease before the disease; 2. multiple foci of hemorrhage, suspected of amyloid cerebral vascular disease caused by cerebral hemorrhage; 3. cerebral hemorrhage caused by brain tumor, aneurysm or vascular malformation was detected by imaging examination; 4. breathing, heart rate instability, severe life-threatening cerebral hernia; 5. patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the past four weeks.
