Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are diagnosed with myoma by clinical symptoms and preoperative imaging and have surgical indications; 2. Intended to reserve uteri; 3. Patients are prepared to be treated by laparoscopic myomectomy; 4. Female patients with sexual life aged between 20 and 45 years old; 5. Patients are willing to cooperate with the follow-up and sign informed consent; 6. Patients are suitable for participating in this clinical trials considered by clinicians; 7. Patients have no serious visceral disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are unable to accept hysteroscopy surgery; 2. converted to laparotomy due to any reasons; 3. Patients are unable to adhere to the follow-up.
