Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) primary total hip arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia, and ischemic necrosis of the femoral head; (2) voluntarily participate in the trial and signed informed consent, good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) preoperative low serum albumin is not correct, lack of communication and cooperation ability; (2) a history of major surgery on the knee; (3) with gastrointestinal diseases, liver and kidney disease
