Intervention of deformity toenails:Separated, decompressed and pruning technology with nursing tools
Intervention of stubborn calluses:The corpus callosum is dealt wth new designed tool and after the operation, the protective patches will be given.
Control group of rehabilitation training program in the elderly with DPN:The contorl group will be accepted diabetic routine treatment and nusing including nerve nutrition and daily diabetes self-mana
Intervention group of rehabilitation training program in the elderly with DPN:The intervention group will accept sports traning including balance training, gait training and lower limb muscle strength
Control group of rehabilitation training program in the elderly with PAD:Patients accept the lower exercise therapy including quadriceps training, balance training and kick training, 10 minutes each t
Intervention group of rehabilitation training program in the elderly with PAD:Music medium favorited by the eldrly diabetics is also given based on lower limb exercise therapy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All participants will be met the diagnosis criteria of diabetes according to WHO in 1999, above 60 or higher, Wagner grade level 0, without open lesion, caring by themselves, with normal mind and communication. What is most, all subjects will participate in the study voluntarily. In addition, the project includs four parts, each of whose inclusion criteria as following: 1. Inclusion criterias about deformity toenails in elderly diabetics: participants with thickening, hard, twist, roll, concave or embedded toenails and so on; 2. Inclusion criterias about corpus callosum in elderly diabetics: patients with local skin cutin of the living in the foot due to long-term oppressed or friction; 3. Inclusion criterias of the DPN: who are with diabetic neuropathy occuring in or after diagnosed as diabetic mellitus excepting those caused by other factors; owning clinical symptoms (as pain, numbness, paresthesia, etc.) along with one anomaly in five examinations like ankle reflex, acupuncture pain, vibration feeling, temperature feeling and pressure feeling, or have no clinical symptoms but along with two abnomalies in the five examinations above; 4. Inclusion criterias of PAD: whose ABI are below 0.9.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of all parts: patients losing the ability to walk independently; along with diabetic foot ulcers, activity restricited due to complications as lower limb pain, severe arthritis, nervous system or cardiovascular disease or others; or with cognitive impairment. In addition, the exclusion critera in the DPN also includes gait instability and that in PAD is the value of ABI below 0.6.
