Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2. aged 18 years and more; 3. ASA grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. bilateral unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2. after patellatomy; 3. pregnancy; 4. acute of chronic knee infection; 5. neuromuscular disease involving lower limbs; 6. severe systemic disease (eg. heart failure, renal insufficiency, coagulopathy); 7. cognitive function deficits or mental disorders; 8. contraindication of spinal anesthesia; 9. long-term use of narcotics; 10. allergy to drugs used in the study; 11. refuse to sign consent.
