Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To meet the WHO diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis, aged 60 to 75 years; 2. Did not find the tumor or accept the relevant treatment within 5 years; 3. Did not use drugs that affect bone metabolism; 4. No endocrine, and bone metabolism-related diseases (such as Paget disease, hyperthyroidism, etc.); 5. No inflammatory reaction, no chronic liver disease, kidney disease and other diseases, no movement contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary osteoporosis; 2. With other cardiopulmonary and renal dysfunction, blood pressure control is not ideal; 3. Within six months of taking drugs can affect bone metabolism, such as vitamin D, estrogen, etc .; 4. There are cervical spine fracture, dislocation, tumor and other patients; 5. It is difficult to make a precise evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of exercise therapy (such as dementia, severe infection, etc.); 6. Other clinical trials were performed within 4 weeks prior to the start of the study.
