18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-60 years; 2) Healthy condition; 3) Having not accepted any fat transplantation treatment before participating this study; 4) Diagnose of soft tissue deformity, congenital or acquired. Willing to improve soft tissue deformity by fat injection; 5) Radiation and chemotherapy should be finished when the patient has breast cancer history; 6) Volume evaluate by 3D scan or MRI before the surgery and tissue deficiency is 50ml or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with diabetes, hyperlipidemia, severe cardio-cerebrovascular disease, kidney disease patients are excluded; (2) Sevier soft tissue deformity or expectations too high. Willingness to transplant more than 200ml fat by once. Beyond indications of fat injection; (3) With history of fat injection in the same recipient; (4) Patients with vascular proliferation, vascular malformation and infection are excluded; (5) Patients with a history of malignant tumor or mental illness; (6) Refused to MRI examination; (7) Not health and fat enough to collect fat tissue.
