Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with intersphincteric fistula, aged 18 to 60 years old hospitalized patients, men and women there is no limit, a total of 60 cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who has a history of the anus surgery or trauma; Pregnancy and lactation women; Malignant tumor; Specific infections (e.g. tuberculosis, crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis); With other crissum diseases such as mixed hemorrhoids, anal fissure, perianal eczema.
