20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-70 years male and female; 2. Patients in the following causes of jaw defects, needing bone graft: (1) The benign cyst with no pathological fracture, and the bone defect cavity after lesion curettage; (2) The extraction needs site retention; (3) Dental implants in the bone graft area of bone defect or bone deficiency; (4) The bone defect ranged from 0.5x0.5 cm3 to 3.0x3.0 cm3; 3. Patients sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients performed other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to this study; 2. Patients with a variety of bone defects caused by invasive, malignant bone tumors; 3. Patients with a variety of bone defects caused by active infectious disease and metabolic bone disease; 4. Patients who have received drug treatment now or in the past 3 months that may have affected or promote bone metabolism; 5. Patients who have received radiotherapy now or in the past 3 months; 6. Patients with heart disease (ie, ? grade and above the heart function); 7. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT, AST abnormalities, or creatinine, urea nitrogen value more than doubled); 8. Patients with mental disorder no behavior autonomy; 9. Patients in allergic constitution; 10. Pregnant or lactating women.
