Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18-80 years old; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in conventional medicine; 3. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in TCM; 4. According to the SPIEGEL international general table (improved) 6 contents (sleep latency, total sleep time, night waking times, sleep depth, dream, wake up feeling), the total score was calculated between 12 and 24 (> 12, < 24), which belongs to the moderate degree of insomnia; 5. Willing to participate in this research and signed a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating women; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other somatic diseases and cancer patients; 3. Disorders of the nervous system and mental disorders leading to sleep disorders; 4. The patients with a broken skin or severe allergic skin.
