Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing fresh embryo and frozen embryo transfer, aged younger than 43 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients of recurrent implantation failure; severe intrauterine adhesions; endometrium thickness <7mm; untreated hydrosalpinx
