Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnosis of panic disorder set by American Psychiatric Association(DSM-V): At some time during the disturbance, one or more panic attacks occurred that were unexpected and were ROt triggered by situations in which the person was the focus of attention; Four attacks have occurred during a 4-week period, or one or more attacks have been followed by a period of at least 1 month of persistent fear of having another attack. At least four of the following symptoms occurred during at least one of the attacks: Shortness of breath (dyspnea) or a smothering sensation; Dizziness, unsteady feeling, or fainting; Palpitations or accelerated heart rate (tachycardia); Trembling or shaking; Sweating; Choking; Nausea or abdominal distress; Depersonalization (the feeling that one's body is unreal) or derealization (the feeling that reality is altered); Numbness or tingling sensations (paresthesia); Flushes (hot flashes) or chills; Chest pain or discomfort; Fear of dying; Fear of going crazy or of doing something uncontrolled; In one of the attacks, at least four of the symptoms developed suddenly and increased in intensity within 10 minutes of the beginning of the first symptom noticed in the attack. No organic factor (eg, amphetamine or caffeine intoxication, hyperthyroidism} started or maintained the disturbance; 2. Female, aged 41-60 yrs old, right handed,9 yrs of education or above; 3. HAMA score =14 points; 4. Signning the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated co-morbidity, such as phobia, depression, or panic attack secondary to body disorder; 2. Associated severe heart, liver, kidney diseases, or severe disorders of other systems; or malignant tumor. 3. Panic attack secondary to body diseases, e.g.,epilepsy, heart attack,pheochromocytoma,hyperthyroid or spontaneous hypoglycemia; 4. Those taken antipsychotic drugs,antidepressive drug, sex horme drug, or cognitve behavior therapy within 2 weeks; 5. Contraindicated to MR scanning: Aneurysm clip,embedding nerve stimulator, cardiac pacemaker, automatic defibrillator,cochlea electrode embedment, or visual body sensation; 6. Pregnant or lactation women; 7. Alcoholic and drug abuse, or addiction within 1 year.
