control group:no controlled hypotension protocal was performed
controlled hypotension group 1:20% reduction of baseline MAP

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women aged 18-45 years old; planned cesarean section to terminate the pregnancy; patients with high risk of hemorrhage; blood loss during operation>1000ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women to be younger than 18 or older than 45; pregnant women with respiratory, circulatory or neurological diseases; emergency cesarean section; blood loss during operation<1000ml; rapid massive hemorrhage and vasopressor drugs are needed to maintain normal blood pressure; patient refused.
