Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged40% 3. Elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; 4. oneself or the legal guardian has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of cardiac surgery and cerebral vascular disease; 2. Liver dysfunction or kidney dysfunction; 3. Taken drugs within 1 week like immunosuppressant, hormone, antioxidants, ulinastatin, etc.
