2 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 2-18 years old; 2. classical DIPG features in MRI scan and verified by postpathology; 3. Lansky score=50 (=50 (>16 years); 4. formal function of all the organs including the liver, kidney and bone marrow hematopoiesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. under treatments other than surgery, such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation; 2. sudden deterioration of the patient's consciousness within 72 hours of study; 3. children complicated with serious gastrointestinal disease; 4. children complicated with other malignant tumors; 5. lost of follow-up; 6. allergic history.
