A:Anesthesia induction with Succinylcholine Chloride
B:Anesthesia induction with Cisatracurium Besylate for Injection
C:Do not use the muscle relaxant during anesthesia induction, only give full of surface anesthesia and plenty of Anesthesia sedatives and Opioid Analgesics

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 patients aged 18 to 60 years, ASA I~II level, going to receive elective surgery under facial nerve EMG monitoring for general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) has a neuromuscular transmission function of disease; (2) before operation with water and electrolyte balance disorder and liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) patients with suspected difficult airway; (4) anemia who's hemoglobin is less than 70 g/L.
