30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) of the left lower extremity; 2. simultaneous with left iliac vein compression syndrome (IVCS), the enhanced CT examination of the iliac vein confirmed the stenosis of iliac vein; 3. Aged 30-70 years old male and female; 4. signed informed consent and agreed to follow up on schedule.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with lower extremity arterial disease, lower extremity venous thrombosis and post thrombotic syndrome, renal insufficiency, high coagulation tendency, active bleeding or pregnancy; 2. the general situation is difficult to tolerate the intervention treatment; 3. the previous vein surgery; 4. contrast agent allergy, elastic socks allergy, intravenous drug allergy; 5. refused to sign the informed consent, unable to follow-up.
