Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of patients with T1DM at least in accordance with one of the following four conditions (1) significant metabolic disorder; (2) A tendency of DKA; (3) The islet autoantibody positive; (4) FC-P and 2hC-P =200pmol/L. 2. All needs to insulin treatment every day; 3. Long-term, illiquid residents living in this region medical center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of diabetes; 2. Serious complications (Life expectancy is less than 1 year).
