30 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed colorectal adenocarcinoma; 2. Clinical stage II - III; 3. Aged 30-75 years old male or female; 4. No previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy was performed on any of the tumors; 5. No surgery was performed; 6. Laparoscopic R0 resection can be performed; 7. Informed consent was obtained from all patients and informed consent was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of gastrointestinal surgery; 2. BMI>30kg/m2; 3. Cardiopulmonary function severe incomplete; 4. Perforation, bleeding, obstruction and other acute surgical indications.
