18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. ASAI-II; 4. BMI 18 to 26kg/m2; 5. obtain written informed consent; 6. Diagnosted by the same endoscopist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To be allergic to propofol; 2. have ever suffered from glaucoma or prostatomegaly; 3. suffered from diabetes and hyperthyreosis; 4. tachycardia and other arrhythmia; 5. have ever suffered from abdominal operation; 6. liver and kidney dysfunctionl; 7. plan to be conducted endoscopic treatment.
