Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: With reference to the above criteria combined with our hospital to take the drug treatment of lumbar disc herniation standards are as follows: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old male or femal; 2. In line with the Western diagnostic criteria for clinical symptoms and signs; 3. Diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation and disc herniation is less than 3mm; 4. TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to blood stasis and low back pain; 5. The disease duration has been more than 2 weeks; 6. No other treatment is currently underway; 7. With the completion of pain assessment of the questionnaire; 8. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. The prolapse of the intervertebral disc in the spinal canal free or combined with cauda equina injury syndrome, spinal cord injury syndrome, such as round-dimensional incontinence and absolute surgical indications in patients; 3. Acute lumbar sprain, lumbar spinal stenosis, spinal tuberculosis, cancer, severe lumbar osteoporosis and pedicle lacerations; 4. Merger of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary disease; 5. Mental patients, there is a sense of disturbance, in critical condition, it is difficult to treat the effectiveness and safety of the exact grading; 6. Breast-feeding, pregnancy or pregnancy is preparing for women and the elderly and infirm; 7. Systemic acute infection, hemorrhagic disease, local severe skin diseases and suppurative infection foci, severe organ organic disease; 8. Associated with infectious diseases; 9. Poor compliance, can not be treated on time, difficult to complete the test; 10. While receiving other treatments, may interfere with the efficacy of the observer.
