Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Onset of stroke within past 3 days -9 months; the diagnostic criteria according to the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference to develop cerebrovascular disease diagnostic criteria (Chinese Journal of Neurology, 1996,29 (6): 379), were confirmed by CT and / or MRI; 2. aged 45-80 years old; 3. NIHHS = 6 points or BI score = 85 points; 4. Patients with a history of stroke or no residual functional impairment; 5. voluntarily join the trial, and identification of "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hemispheric hemorrhage greater than 40ml, cerebellar hemorrhage greater than 15ml, brain stem hemorrhage; 2. greater than 5mlSubarachnoid hemorrhage; 3. serious complications (including myocardial infarction, heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe dementia, mental illness, etc.); 4. condition continued to deteriorate or serious adverse reactions; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Exit or loss of the study; 7. Other clinical trials have been or are being carried out.
