Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. newly diagnosed untreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients with positive sputum smear; 2. radiological examination of the lungs with lesions; 3. aged between 18 and 65 years; 4. the fasting blood glucose is less than 7.0mmol/L; 5. sputum smear positive, confirmed is Mycobacterium tuberculosisby by MTB/RIF GeneXpert detection sputum culture positive, the identification of bacteria type identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with extrapulmonary tuberculosis (except tuberculous pleurisy not develop tuberculous empyema); 2. Allergic to any drug in the program; 3. Combined liver, kidney, metabolism, autoimmune diseases, endocrine, blood, nervous system diseases, mental disease, malignant tumor, long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or HIV/AIDS patients; 4. Alcoholics (>10year, and >100g liquor daily); 5. According to the researchers' judgment, patients who are not suitable for the study or who may not be able to reliably participatethe whole course of the study.
